Manchester United head to Burnley for their next Premier League outing aiming to end a three-game losing run in all competitions.
United were beaten 3-1 by Arsenal in a dramatic game before the international break before losing to Brighton and Hove Albion last weekend and they were again beaten in midweek - as they lost 4-3 to Bayern Munich in their Champions League opener.
Erik ten Hag’s side face the Clarets at Turf Moor at 8pm on Saturday, aiming to get back to winning ways. Burnley have yet to win a fixture in the Premier League this term picking up just one point from their four games.
Ahead of the Saturday night clash, here’s the injury latest from both camps...
1. Aaron Wan-Bissaka - out
United confirmed earlier this week the player will be out for ‘several’ weeks following an injury he sustained against Brighton.
2. Jadon Sancho - out
Asked if Sancho will play for United again amid claims of a possible cut-price sale this January, Ten Hag said in his pre-match press conference on Friday: “It depends on him. For the rest, we are preparing for Burnley and that’s our focus. He will not be in the squad.”
3. Luke Shaw - out
Expected to be sidelined for another few weeks with no return date put on the player’s injury.
4. Tyrell Malacia - out
The player has not featured at all this campaign due to an injury picked up in pre-season training.
