'Able to start' - Brighton confirm injury boost vs Manchester United as three stars face late fitness tests
The early Brighton team news as they face Man Utd in the Premier League this weekend.
Brighton are set to hand fitness tests to three star players ahead of their trip to face Manchester United in the Premier League this weekend.

Fabian Hurzeler’s side are unbeaten across their last five matches across all competitions, including a 3-1 away win over Chelsea and a 2-1 victory against Newcastle last weekend. Brighton are also only the second team in Premier League history to win three consecutive away matches at Old Trafford.
If they are to extend that impressive record to four matches, then they might have to do so without several key players this weekend. Kaoru Mitoma, Joel Veltman and Brajan Gruda are all considered doubts, with the trio set to undergo late fitness tests on Friday to determine whether or not they can take part on Saturday evening.
Brighton injury news vs Manchester United
Speaking at his pre-match press conference on Friday morning, Brighton boss Fabian Hurzeler provided an injury update ahead of the Manchester United clash.
Kaoru Mitoma, Joel Veltman and Brajan Gruda all missed training in midweek but the Brighton manager is hopeful that some of them should be available to face United on Saturday evening.
"They are all close to the team," he told reporters. "So maybe one or two of them might be available tomorrow, so we really have to go training for training. Because they don't have big issues, it is only like small issues to have. Nothing serious, so we have to go symptom adapted. I can't say that they all will be available, I can't say that they won't be available. So we have to see really today how it is going and then make a decision."
There was some good news on the injury front, with Diego Gomez back in training after a recent injury issue. The Paraguay international sustained a thigh injury while on international duty last week during a friendly fixture with South Korea and was forced off in the 36th minute of the Newcastle win last weekend.
He was spotted in training during the week and Hurzeler confirmed he would be available to start this weekend if required. He added: "Yeah, I think he will also be spotted tomorrow at Old Trafford. He will be able to start."
