Man Utd face Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League on Thursday night and here is the early team news

It might be one of the biggest matches in their history, but Bodo/Glimt are set to rest a number of key players for their clash with Manchester United on Thursday night.

The Norwegian side head to Old Trafford to continue their European campaign tonight, though it is not the biggest match they will even play this week.

Bodo/Glimt are currently top of the Eliteserien ahead of the final round of matches this weekend. If they defeat already relegated Lilestrom then they will be crowned the champions of Norway, with SK Brann one point behind them, although they face third-placed Vikin on the final day.

For those reasons, manager Kjetil Knutsen is reportedly set to rotate his line up against United with five changes from the side that defeated Odd 2-0 last weekend. Norwegian outlet VK suggest right-back Fredrik Sjøvold, young centre-back Villads Nielsen, experienced midfielder Ulrik Saltnes, midfielder Isak Dybvik Määttä and striker Kasper Høgh will all be rested from the start.

It must be said, that one of Bodo/Glimt's main strengths is their squad unity and ability to rotate players without often feeling the impact of it too drastically, so the match might not be as straightforward as Ruben Amorim is hoping for in his first home match.

United will be without Harry Maguire, Leny Yoro and Victor Lindelof for the match but Lisandro Martinez is available after he missed the weekend draw with Ipswich Town.

Bodo/Glimt 'leaked' line up: Khaikin; Wembangomo, Gundersen, Bjørtuft, Bjørkan; Evjen, Berg, Brunstad Fet; Zinckernagel, Helmersen, Hauge.
