The latest Man Utd transfer news and gossip ahead of the summer window.
Manchester United will face fierce competition if they decide to make a move for RB Leipzig star Yan Diomande in the summer transfer window.

United are in the market for a left winger this summer and have sent scouts to watch the 19-year-old in action throughout the current campaign. Diomande has been one of the brightest performers in the Bundesliga this season, with nine goals and six assists across all competitions.
The Ivory Coast international has drawn attention from across Europe, with Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich both also interested in a potential transfer at the end of the season. It means United might need to compete with Europe's elite if they are to sign Diomande and will almost certainly have to qualify for the Champions League to have any hope of a move.
United 'scouting' Diomande ahead of summer window
Manchester United have reportedly sent scouts to watch Yan Diomande on numerous occasions this season, ahead of a potential move in the summer transfer window. Speaking in his latest YouTube video, notorious transfer reporter Fabrizio Romano issued an update on the RB Leipzig starlet and the clubs most likely in the market for him at the end of the season.
"There is a lot of interest from several clubs in England and also in France, because Paris Saint-Germain have been monitoring the player. Several clubs are following Yan Diomande, who is one of the most interesting wingers around," Romano said.
"Man United and Tottenham have sent their scouts multiple times to follow Yan Diomande, but we have to include Bayern as one of the clubs interested. They are closely following the player, Vincent Kompany appreciates the player. It is still early. There were reports about Diomande having Liverpool as his favourite club, he has clarified that it is his father's favourite club, not his. Bayern have been informed on the situation of the player and it could be an interesting one for the summer.
"We know sometimes that when Premier League clubs arrive financially, it can be a big battle. It is going to be a long summer for Yan Diomande."
Diomande changes agency ahead of summer move
Yan Diomande is gearing up for a potential summer move after he recently changed agencies. Diomande has been unveiled as a new client for Roc Nation Sports, the sports management division of Roc Nation, which was founded by American rapper and businessman JAY-Z.
Roc Nations Sports confirmed the partnership in a social media post, while notorious transfer reporter Fabrizio Romano declared it an 'important decision' ahead of the summer window. "RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomandé has signed today with Roc Nation Sports International as new agency," he wrote on social media. "Important decision ahead of summer transfer window with several top clubs keen."
United were prepared to spent in the region of £65 million to sign Antoine Semenyo in the winter window and could be willing to spend a similar fee on another forward this summer. Diomande is considered one of the most exciting talents in European football, though United have a preference to sign those already proven in the Premier League.
