Manchester City will welcome Atletico Madrid to the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday in the first-leg of their Champions League quarter-final.

The Sky Blues made it to the final of the competition last season and will be hoping to progress over both legs this time out.

Pep Guardiola’s side saw off Sporting Lisbon in the last-16, winning 5-0 on aggregate, to reach this stage of the competition.

As for Atletico, this isn’t their first time in Manchester in the Champions League, they beat City’s cross-town rivals Manchester United over both legs in the last-16.

Manchester City vs Atletico Madrid in the Champions League quarter-final first-leg will take place at the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday, 5 April, and kick-off is at 8pm.

The clash at the home of the Sky Blues will be shown live on BT Sport 2 and BT Sport Ultimate, with coverage of the game starting at 7pm.

Istvan Kovacs is the man in the middle. He will be assisted by Vasile Florin Marinescu and Ovidiu Artene, while the fourth official for the clash is Simon Hooper.
