Manchester City have enjoyed a strong start to the season, but their squad has not been finalised just yet.
Pep Guardiola’s men picked up a big win against Newcastle United over the weekend, and they are now hoping to make it three from three Sheffield United. In the meantime, club chiefs will continue to work on transfer business, with another incoming or two likely, while Guardiola is also likely to offload at least a couple of players.

If Palmer can’t do enough to form part of Guardiola’s plans, he could be sent on another loan spell.

Phillips has been linked with an exit amid limited opportunities at City.

Cancelo spent last season out on loan, and he is very likely to be sold ahead of the deadline.
