Man City player ratings in the Premier League so far this season - with two players neck-and-neck for top spot
We take a look at who has been the Sky Blues’ best performer this season based on stats.
Manchester City have nine games remaining this season in order to retain their Premier League title, with Pep Guardiola’s side currently sat top of the table.
The Sky Blues have also reached the semi-final of the FA Cup and last-eight of the Champions League this campaign.
Liverpool are hot on City’s heels in the league table, with the Reds sitting just one point behind them, while Guardiola’s team still have to play the Merseyside club at the Etihad Stadium on 10 April - a match that could be a title decider.
This won’t be the last time they meet Liverpool in a competitive fixture, Liverpool are City’s last-four opponents in the FA Cup six days later, and could, if both qualify for the Champions League final, face-off once again.
Guardiola splashed over £112m on Kayky and Jack Grealish last summer with the aim of retaining the Premier League title and winning more silverware at the Etihad.
With that being said, let’s take a look at how City’s players have performed in the top flight this campaign.
