Manchester City’s fate is in their own hands after their 5-1 win over Luton Town last time out.  Pep Guardiola’s side were handed favours by Crystal Palace and Aston Villa after they beat their title rivals Liverpool and Arsenal respectively.

It was a dream weekend for City and they are now two points clear at the summit with only six games left to play. They are also still in the Champions League and FA Cup so the possibility of winning the treble again is still there.

City will be in confident mood and their toughest game out of their last six outings is probably Tottenham Hotspur away. They have always been somewhat of a bogey team so they will need to careful with that one.

Arsenal and Liverpool have also still got to play Spurs again so Ange Postecoglou’s side could have a big say on who finishes on top this year.

The Gunners still have Chelsea at home and have got to go to Old Trafford to face Manchester United too. As for Jurgen Klopp’s side, they have three away trips on the spin coming up which won’t be easy as it includes a fixture against Merseyside rivals Everton.

City are back in Champions League action this weekend against Real Madrid following their 3-3 draw in Spain in the first leg.
