Man City vs West Ham predicted XI: Latest injury news casts doubt for three players — gallery
Manchester City will look to continue their perfect start to the season on Saturday.
With the international break over, Manchester City will return to action this weekend with a clash on the road against West Ham in the Premier League. The reigning champions have won all four of their fixtures so far this season, banking maximum points and propping themselves up at the top of the table.
The latest injury news out of the City camp has cast doubt over Mateo Kovacic, who missed both matches for Croatia and did not train with the group on Thursday. Both John Stones and Jack Grealish have not trained this week either and look unlikely to be eligible for selection on Saturday.
After the latest fitness updates, here’s how City could line up to take on West Ham.

1. GK — Ederson
No questions asked over who will start in goal for City.

2. RB — Kyle Walker
Fresh after penning his new deal, Walker will be looking for a big performance this weekend.

3. CB — Rúben Dias
City’s defence has been solid this season.

4. CB — Manuel Akanji
Akanji has been a firm option for City since he joined the club.
