City come into the game off the back of a 5-1 drubbing of Watford on Saturday. Gabriel Jesus was in fine form, netting four goals, with Rodri grabbing the other.

As for Real, they have four wins in their last five games, with Los Blancos securing a 3-1 victory over Osasuna last time out.

City ran out 2-1 winners over Real in their last meeting at the Etihad in 2020. The result secured their progression to the quarter-finals of the Champions League that year, beating the La Liga side 4-2 on aggregate over both legs.
