Manchester City named a full travelling squad ahead of Saturday’s Champions League final.

The Blues announced which 23 players were flying to Turkey on Thursday, with every single member of the senior squad named. It also means that Pep Guardiola can try and navigate the final without having any major injuries to contend with.

Kyle Walker is the only slight doubt ahead of the clash against Inter Milan. The right-back was replaced in injury-time of City’s FA Cup final victory over Manchester United last week and wasn’t involved in the team’s open training session on Tuesday.

Speaking shortly afterwards, Guardiola confirmed Walker has suffered a minor problem. “He had a disturbance in his back,” said the ex-Barcelona boss. “Yesterday he was not good and today he was a little bit better. We didn’t want to take a risk and we will see what happens in the next days.”

But Walker seemed more relaxed when speaking to Sky Sports, and said he will be fit for Saturday. “I’m fine, I’m just getting old!” said the England international. “I’m completely fine, it’s just an extra day of recovery. I’ve played a lot of minutes over the last number of weeks so the manager said ‘just stay inside and come Saturday you will be raring to go’.”

As for Inter, they are hoping ex-United man Henrikh Mkhitaryan is back in time for the final. The Armenian, who has played all 12 Champions League matches this season for Inter, picked up a hamstring in the semi-final second-leg win against AC Milan.

Mkhitaryan hasn’t played since 16 May and he missed the Nerazzurri’s last three league matches of the campaign. However, the 34-year-old was seen in training during the week and is expected to be involved in Istanbul.

Joaquin Correa is also a doubt ahead of the match and it looks unlikely that the attacker will be fit in time following a calf injury he picked up in the Coppa Italia final victory over Fiorentina on 24 May. Dalbert Henrique is the only Inter player definitely ruled out and the 29-year-old hasn’t played this season due to a long-term knee injury.
