Manchester City will continue their push for a fourth straight Premier League title when they host Aston Villa at the Etihad on Wednesday. Pep Guardiola's side are now three points off league leaders Liverpool after drawing 0-0 at home to Arsenal on Sunday.

Villa will enjoy the extra day's recovery, having beaten Wolves 2-0 on Saturday, but did not get through their last fixture without issues and top-scorer Ollie Watkins could be absent. Forced off at half-time during the win over Wolves on Saturday, with Unai Emery confirming his top-scorer has a hamstring injury. Will be assessed closer to kick-off but a major doubt.

Picked up a thigh injury on international duty with Poland and expected to be out until the end of April.
3. Jacob Ramsey - doubt
Returned to training last week, following a foot injury, and could be back in the Villa squad come Tuesday.
4. Tyrone Mings - out
Suffered an ACL injury in February and out for the remainder of the season.
