Manchester City sit second in the Premier League table following their memorable 3-3 draw against Newcastle United on Sunday.
The Sky Blues came back from a two-goal deficit to secure a point in Tyneside thanks to goals from Erling Halland and Bernardo Silva just after the hour-mark.

Haaland’s arrival at the Etihad Stadium has come with much optimism, especially with the Norwegian’s prolific goal-scoring record for former club Borussia Dortmund, where he netted 86 times in 89 appearances for the German side.
So far, he has been able to continue his form while leading their line, scoring three goals in as many matches.

The 22-year-old’s three goals put him joint-second in the Premier League top scorers’ charts, sitting just behind Leeds United’s Rodrigo.
Haaland is showing that despite his need to adapt to the English top flight, he has all the attributes to do just that and become a star in the Premier League.
His ability in front of goal and positive start to life at the Sky Blues has been praised by teammate John Stones.

“He is doing really well,” the centre-back told City’s media team. “I can only liken it to when I first came where everything is new.
“He is still so young and the way he has settled is credit to him. He has hit the ground running with another goal.

“What he brings to the team is pace, his power and he is still learning about how we play and where to be. That is a massive credit to him.”
Haaland will be hoping to add to his league tally when the Sky Blues welcome Crystal Palace to the Etihad Stadium next Saturday, but could feature in their charity match against Barcelona on Wednesday evening.
City will travel to Catalonia to face the La Liga side in a friendly to help raise awareness for those suffering with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
