Jamie Carragher and Micah Richards agree over 'absolutely magnificent' Man City star after pivotal Tottenham win

Manchester City are just one game away from securing yet another Premier League title after a dramatic away win over Tottenham on Tuesday night.
Pep Guardiola’s men kept up their end of the bargain thanks to two Erling Haaland goals, including a penalty in stoppage time. But that decisive moment came after a scary moment that saw Spurs forward Son Heung-min go through one-on-one.

The save means City only need to match or better Arsenal’s result on the final day to win the Premier League crown, and the key moment was not lost on Jamie Carragher, who said during the Sky Sports coverage: “He's only been on for 30 minutes but Ortega is the player of the match. He's come on and made sure Man City will win another Premier League title."
Former City favourite Micah Richards also pinpointed Ortega’s save as a pivotal moment in the title race. "The game was a little bit weird today, it was cautious at times with a few nerves going into it,” Richards added. “But there's always a big moment in a title race.
"Ortega's save from Son was absolutely magnificent. You see the spirit, the team, they have the know-how and the knowledge - and it was about whether they could put in a performance. I was worried with the record here, but they just deliver. In the vital moments, it's the mentality, tactically, everything about this team is just great. To be going for your fourth league title in a row - it just sounds like madness!"
