Euro 2024 fixtures: Which Man City players are set to feature in last-16
Wednesday’s Euro 2024 fixtures marked an end to the group stages with the line-up now confirmed for the last-16.
Group E culminated with Belgium underwhelming again in a 0-0 draw against Ukraine, with Kevin De Bruyne failing to find a decisive moment while Jeremy Doku struggled from the wide areas. The result meant Romania topped the group after their encounter with Slovenia ended 1-1.

It means the 16 knockout sides are now confirmed, with Spain, Germany, Portugal, France and Belgium in one side of the draw, while England, Italy and the Netherlands are in the other half.
From the eight last-16 ties, 12 City players are involved across six matches - the two exceptions being Germany v Denmark and Austria v Turkey.
Meanwhile, only two of the Blues’ 14 representatives have been eliminated so far, with Croatia’s exit meaning Josko Gvardiol and Mateo Kovacic will meet up earlier for the club’s pre-season training next month. The end of the group stages also means a two-day hiatus in action before things begin anew on Saturday with the first two last-16 games.
