Erling Haaland, Kevin de Bruyne, Riyad Mahrez: Man City squad market value ahead of next season

We take a look at what Manchester City’s squad value is after their summer transfer activity so far.

It’s been a busy transfer window so far for Manchester City with the club seeing several incomings and outgoings.

The Sky Blues have splashed £51.2m on prolific forward Erling Haaland, while also signing Kalvin Phillips from Leeds United for £45m and Stefan Ortega on a free transfer.

Julian Alvarez, who joined City from River Plate in January, has also been part of Pep Guardiola’s squad for their pre-season tour of the United States.

However, the Sky Blues have seen the departures of Gabriel Jesus, Raheem Sterling and Fernandinho, with left-back Oleksandr Zinchenko expected to join the former at Arsenal this summer.

City’s pre-season tour of the US saw Guardiola start several academy players in their 2-1 win over Club America on Thursday, but did not feature Haaland. The Norwegian was dealing with a knock but could be fit in time for the club’s clash with Bayern Munich at midnight on Sunday.

As expected, there are several reports of Guardiola wanting to add more fresh faces to his squad ahead of their opening Premier League game against West Ham United on August 7, with Brighton & Hove Albion full-back Marc Cucurella the most frequently linked player.

The Sky Blues have spent millions on making their squad what it is today and will be looking to win a third consecutive league title next season.

With that being said, let’s take a look at what each City players’ market value is, according to Transfermarkt.
