We tried the new breakfast menu at popular Manchester bar Albert’s Schloss - including the Croissant Supreme
and live on Freeview channel 276
One of Manchester’s most popular bars and eateries has a brand new breakfast menu and we were lucky enough to get to try it out for ourselves.
Bavarian-themed bierhaus Albert’s Schloss on Deansgate is known as a ‘party palace’ in Manchester city centre, but on 30 November they started throwing the doors open early from 9am to serve breakfast for fans of their food.
The menu includes their take on the cult pastry the Croissant Supreme - which they have named the Kroissant Royale - a delicious crispy pastry filled with oozing salted caramel. There’s also a light and refreshing Turkish eggs, a selection of freshly prepared pastries, and the executive chef’s personal favourite, the Spicy Mushroom Royale - a vegetarian take on the classic eggs Benedict, but packing a bit of a punch!
We spoke to executive chef, Paul Kirk, about the brand new breakfast treats.
