Bury Council election results 2023: candidates and parties who won seats - full list

Labour has maintained control of Bury council after yesterday’s local elections. Voting took place 17 of the borough’s 51 wards.

The party won 11 seats, gaining two, which means they now have 31 seats. The Conservative party lost two seats and won four, bringing their total to 11 councillors.

Elsewhere, the Liberal Democrats lost their only councillor, having lost out in Holyrood to the Labour party. Radcliffe First held their seats in both Radcliffe East and West. Overall, voter turnout in Bury was 34.3%
