The biggest River Island store in the UK has opened in the Trafford Centre in Manchester. The fashion brand reopened a branch in a different location in the famous shopping centre on Friday (5 May).

Originally situated in a two-storey site, River Island has moved to a new space allowing shoppers to easily access everything on one level. And the clothing concern is not doing things by half, as its new presence at the retail centre is its biggest store anywhere in the country.

To mark the occasion the shop is holding a celebratory event over the weekend until Sunday 7 May, including a DJ spinning the decks in store, new curated items which are only available in the Trafford Centre store, a florist and £1 coffees.

We went down to the reopening party to check it out and find out more about what shoppers looking for a new outfit can expect when they step through the doors.
