In a move to transform the 9 to 5, a Manchester-based marketing agency is introducing a four day working week, with no loss in pay. 

Staff at Marketing Signals will either get a Monday or Friday off to enjoy a bit more leisure, personal or family time, in a trend being echoed by a number of employers.

We’ve been out on the streets of Manchester asking people whether they would support working a four day week to improve work-life balance, or if they think it should remain the same.
