Manchester weather: Met Office weather forecast November with rain expected

Manchester is set to have occasional bursts of rain over the next few days, according to the Met Office. None of which are set to be particularly heavy, however.

The rest of the week has an average temperature of around 7°C. The highest it is predicted to reach this week will be around 11°C, while the lowest temperature will be approximately 5°C.

According to the Met Office, Wednesday and Friday will be the coldest days this week in Manchester. On the other hand, Sunday is expected to be the warmest.

In terms of rainfall, again, Wednesday is estimated to be the worst day. Friday, however, should see no rainfall in Manchester.

While the weather in Manchester for the rest of this week won’t be particularly pleasant, there is little threat of heavy rainfall or ice conditions. If you’d like to know what the weather will be like from Wednesday to Sunday this week, here’s everything you’ll need to know.

Wednesday

On Wednesday, the day will begin with a 90% chance of rain from 7am-9am. At 10am, this will drop to 80%, before falling to 10% at 11am. The Met Office then expects “Sunny spells and scattered blustery showers follow for the afternoon”. The maximum temperature for Wednesday will be 9°C, with a minimum temperature of 6°C.

Thursday will be rainy from 3pm - 6pm, where there is a 50% and 60% chance of rain, respectively. Outside of this, it’s expected to be dry, with a highest temperature of 11.C and a lowest temperature of 7.C.

Friday

The Met Office expects a “A drier and cooler interlude on Friday”. With a maximum estimated temperature of 10°C and a lowest of 5°C, Friday will be somewhat colder than Thursday. However, with its chance of precipitation not exceeding 10%, Mancunians should be spared from a soaking on this day.

Saturday

Saturday will be around the same warmth as Friday, with a highest estimated temperature of 10°C, but with a much higher lowest estimated temperature at 10°C. In terms of rainfall, it will begin at around 3pm, where it has a 50% chance of rain. This will fall to 30% at 6pm, before rising to 80% at 9pm.

Sunday

The rain from Saturday will continue on into the early hours of Sunday. Sunday morning will be very rainy in Manchester, but it is expected to subside at around 12pm. With a maximum estimated temperature of 12°C and a lowest of 7°C, this day will also be somewhat mild.
