TV star Jeremy Vine says motorists should make way for cyclists in towns and cities because of decreased speed limits.

TV star Jeremy Vine has called for a change in the urban traffic system and has said the overtaking of bicycles by cars in big cities should be banned. Vine - who is an avid cyclist - also proposed that drivers pull over to allow cyclists to pass if they see them in their rear-view mirrors.
