A striking new 20-storey tower is set to become the latest project within the huge Victoria North regeneration programme — which will build 15,000 homes from Angel Meadow to Collyhurst.
It’s thought Victoria North, a joint venture between Manchester City Council and private developers Far East Consortium (FEC), will be home to around 40,000 people when it’s completed in more than a decade — as well as create a new high street and parkland. The latest project within its scope is called Falcon, which will include 189 apartments in the Red Bank area of the city centre.

Hide AdFalcon will comprise one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in an ‘open plan’ layout, with some having private outdoor terraces. All residents in the block will have access to the building’s striking podium gardens and its amenity block — a separate building called The Clubhouse.
“As one of the first developments within Red Bank, Falcon will make owners pioneers within this fast-emerging neighbourhood and a future community comprising more than 40,000 people across Victoria North,” said Andrew Bradley-Nixon, Sales and Marketing Director at FEC in a statement.
“With more than £1 billion being invested in the area through our joint venture with Manchester City Council – including the future City River Park – it promises to create a green, well-connected inner-city district with a thriving sense of community.”
Falcon and The Clubhouse will be built on Dantzic Street next to Victoria North’s new 113-acre green space, called City River Park. They will also be near two of the first projects in Victoria North, MeadowSide and Victoria Riverside.
