Six people were removed from a Ryanair flight from Manchester to Faro this week after disruptive behaviour forced the pilot to divert to Nantes to meet police.

The plane was understood to be transporting a number of football fans to the Europa League final in Seville.

No further details of the incident have been revealed.

However, civil aviaton laws states it is an offence to be drunk on a plane or to refuse to obey instructions given by the captain.

We took to the streets of Manchester to ask people if they think alcohol should be served on planes and at airports.
