What’s on the menu?

Sexy Fish is an Asian restaurant that specialises in Japanese cuisine. It will be open daily for lunch and evening meals. The main restaurant area can accommodate 152 people.

The menu will include classic favourites from their Mayfair and Miami locations, but there will also be some items exclusive to the Manchester restaurant. Curated by visionary Chef Director, Bjoern Weissgerber, these exclusives include Chicken Ume & Shisho Gyoza (£12.80), a Crispy Lemon Sole with Wasabi Dip & Ponzu (£36.60), Sea Bream Ceviche (£15.20), and Salmon & Sweetcorn Signature Maki (£12.60).

The drinks menu is equally as impressive, with a selection of wine and Champagne from the world’s top vintages and leading estates and the second largest collection of Japanese whiskies in the UK – second only to Sexy fish Mayfair. Drinks will be served from the glowing pink onyx destination bar, which is set against a cascading waterfall.

The cocktail menu, or Trinity Menu, includes Manchester exclusives such as Banana & Cacao (£13.00), featuring Haku vodka, banana and cacao, and Watermelon & Basil (£12.00), with Grey Goose Vodka, watermelon, basil, Campari, and Tio Pepe.

What else can we expect?

Sexy Fish is also known for its decor, that includes surrealist design features and sculptures, such as ‘Fish Lamps’ from world-famous designer and architect Frank Gehry, as well as a Verde Esmerelda stone floor, and a series of bespoke glass columns created by master Venetian glassmakers of Murano. One of the more impressive features, however, includes three sea-themed sculptures by artist Damien Hirst.
