Santa Claus to travel on Greater Manchester Metrolink spreading festive joy- with a Bee Network inspired outfit

This Christmas, The Bee Network in Manchester will have a special passenger on board. To help spread festive joy and to encourage people to ‘get on board’, Santa Claus will be riding the Metrolink. 

Father Christmas will be swapping out his traditional red and white outfit for one more inspired by Manchester. He will be hopping around the Metrolink wearing a special yellow and white uniform. 

In keeping with the season of giving, the big man will be handing out 2,000 pin badges to passengers he comes across. Along with these will be leaflets relating to competitions which will take place next month.

Throughout the festive period, TfGM are teaming up with shops and restaurants for a series of discounts. These offers can be claimed by showing a live Bee AnyBus + Tram ticket on the Bee Network app between the following dates:

• November 20-26: 20% discount at Feel Good Club

• December 27-31: 15% and a free bee badge at The Sculpts

• December 1-31: 20% off at Hard Rock Café

• December 1-14: 25% off at SEA LIFE Manchester*

• December 8-15: 10% discount at Hotel Indigo and 15% off their café and restaurant
