Stockport General Election results: Liberal Democrats win Cheadle and Hazel Grove on good night for Ed Davey
The Liberal Democrats’ good night at the General Election extended to Stockport.
Lisa Smart won in Hazel Grove while Tom Morrison came out on top in Cheadle as Ed Davey’s party enjoyed a memorable evening.
In the main Stockport seat, Navendu Mishra won for Labour on a night where Sir Keir Starmer stormed into Number 10 with a landslide victory.
