General Election 2024: All the candidates vying to be an MP in Manchester seats and parties they represent
July 4 will see people across the UK head to the polls for a General Election. Residents of Manchester are represented in parliament by one of six MPs, and they’ll be vying for votes on election day.
If you are heading to vote next month, Manchester City Council has reminded the public that you will need to take a valid form of photo ID. This will be the first General Election where this is required. The deadline to register to vote in this General Election is Tuesday June 18.
