Bolton General Election results: Labour clean sweep after one MP quits Conservatives

There was voting in three constituencies - Bolton North East, Bolton South and Walkden and Bolton West. The Bolton North East MP had been Conservative Mark Logan before he announced plans to back Labour at the General Election. The seat was won by Labour’s Kirith Entwistle.

Hide AdBolton South and Walkden was held by Labour’s Yasmin Qureshi and Bolton West by Tory Chris Green with both standing for re-election. The former held her seat but the latter lost, Labour’s Phil Brickell winning.
