Police appeal after machete-wielding burglars smash into a property in Greater Manchester

Police have appealed for help in an investigation into a break-in in Trafford.

Three men parked in a grey/silver Volkswagen Tiguan outside a property in Oaklea Road, Sale, at 5pm on Wednesday 23 February 2022.

Police said the men all had machetes and smashed a window to break into the back of the property, before ‘carrying out an untidy search then leaving.’

Detectives now want speak to three men pictured in CCTV images as part of their inquiries.
