Helen entered the show alongside Olympic javelin thrower Fatima Whitbread and cricketer Phil Tufnell, and the trio’s first challenge was Newton’s Cradle. They each had to jump between four huge red balls which were hanging 2,000 feet above ground, in order to earn a star for their first meal at camp.

After filming for the brutal reality show took place in 2022, the mother-of-three was able to sit down with her family to watch the first episode last night (24 April).

Fans, friends and celebrities were also there to support the blonde beauty via social media, with Hollyoaks actress Stephanie Davies leading the applause.
