Man City’s Jack Grealish dines out at £10-a-head restaurant with old Aston Villa pals ahead of Liverpool game

The player was spotted back enjoying a meal out with former team-mates at a popular chain restaurant.

Footballer Jack Grealish might have left Aston Villa to sign for Manchester City over a year ago now, but he is still a regular face back in his home city of Birmingham.

Grealish, 27, was snapped enjoying a night out at swish eatery and nightspot Fumo on Waterloo Street, in the city centre.

Grealish was spotted with some of his old pals at the restaurant, who shared a photo of the star on their Instagram page. Fumo posted: “The legend Jack Grealish came to dine with us on Waterloo Street last night 🙌.”

The restaurant, part of the San Carlo chain which has seven restaurants in Manchester, is next to the upmarket spots, The Ivy and The Oyster Club.

Trendy Fumo specialises in cocktails and cicchetti-style, smaller Italian dishes designed for sharing, and most of its mains are priced aorund £10-15.

At the weekend, the venue boasts resident DJs playing till 2am. It’s open till 1am on Sunday to Thursday.

City take on Liverpool away today in the Premier League.
