Marcus Rashford collaborated with leading publisher Macmillan Children’s Books to host a book signing yesterday (6 June). The Manchester United ace, 25, donned a blue Nike t-shirt and grey Nike shorts as he handed out signed copies of his debut book ‘You Are A Champion’.

You Are a Champion was written alongside journalist Carl Anka, and also includes input from performance psychologist Katie Warriner. The inspiring and positive book is full of practical advice and engaging illustrations and infographics. In it, Marcus gives readers the tools they need to reach their full potential whilst drawing on stories from his own life, to show readers that success is all about the mindset.

The Breakfast Club Adventures: The Beast Beyond the Fence

The Beast Beyond the Fence is the first book in The Breakfast Club Adventures series. The fiction book, which is perfect for children aged 8-11, was written alongside Alex Falase-Koya and includes loads of illustrations by Marta Kissi.

Marcus, aged 12, kicks his favourite football over the fence at school and he knows he’s never getting it back, as nothing that goes over that wall ever comes back. The next morning, during Breakfast Club, Marcus is invited to join the Breakfast Club Investigators. The 12-year-old is soon pulled into an exciting adventure with his new mates, as they solve the mystery to get his football back.
