Helen Flanagan’s ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair shows off his toned abs as the pair spark romance rumours in Dubai

Scott Sinclair has been seen showing off his toned abs on social media amid rumours that he’s reconciled with Helen Flanagan during their family trip to Dubai.

The Bristol Rovers footballer, 34, seems to be in Dubai at the same time as Helen, 32, and their three young children.

Last night, the former Coronation Street actress posted a photo of herself to Instagram and fans spotted that she had put her engagement ring back on, following the pair’s split in October.

Neither Helen or Scott have confirmed if they are in Dubai together and the midfielder is yet to post his children; seven-year-old Matilda, four-year-old Delilah and two-year-old Charlie.

However, he has posted five photos of himself on Instagram in the last five days - two of which show the footballer’s ripped abs.

On Sunday, Scott posted a photo of himself, which he’d taken in the mirror using his iPhone, wearing black shorts.

He captioned it: “...Back in the lab..!!!”

A day later, the father-of-three shared a photo of himself donning a pair of white shorts whilst at an outdoor gym on the beach, lifting two 8 kilogram weights.

Showing his 226,000 followers the views of Ain Dubai wheel, he wrote: “...Eat healthy, lift weights and get shredded..!!”

Since being in Dubai, Scott has also wrapped up to visit the ice bar at The London Project and styled a colourful shirt for an evening in a sky bar.
