Helen Flanagan spent bank holiday Monday (May 1) “so hungover”. The former Coronation Street actress, 32, enjoyed a night out in Manchester after a meal at Deangate’s Japanese restaurant Kitten on Sunday (30 April).
Taking to her Instagram Story, wearing pyjamas and no makeup, the mum-of-three admitted she felt “guilty” keeping her children - whom she shares with ex-fiance and Bristol Rovers footballer Scott Sinclair - at home all day.

She continued: “It just happens sometimes doesn’t it. I’m usually really good, like with my drinking. I wasn’t like really, really drunk but I usually know my limit of like ‘ok, you’ll be hungover in the morning’.”
The former Coronation Stress actress explained that her mum took four-year-old Delilah for a few hours, before adding that she won’t “make a habit” of having a hangover and would usually do “stuff with the kids everyday”.
She also posted a video of her cuddling up to her eldest, seven-year-old Matilda, as they settled down to watch another episode of I’m A Celebrity… South Africa. Helen is starring in the all-star edition of the popular reality show, after her stint in the Australian jungle in 2012.

Helen looks fresher today (May 2) as she posted a ‘get ready with me’ to Instagram. The I’m A Celeb star showed off her “glam spring make- up” in the short reel which featured her youngest, two-year-old Charlie.
