Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds huge sold out gig at Wythenshawe Park available to stream

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds played an electric set in front of tens and thousands of fans at Wythenshawe Park last weekend. It was their only Manchester show of the year and the first time a gig of this size took place at the park.

If you were unable to get tickets, or if you simply want to relive the amazing night, then you’re in luck. Streaming platform On Air has announced a release of the gig will be available to purchase.

The performance was recorded in 4K UHD with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos technologies, the band’s August Bank Holiday sold out show. It is available for purchase now, with the stream becoming available on September 21.

The gig saw NGHFB’s play several songs from their fourth studio album ‘Council Skies’ which was released earlier this year. They also performed several Oasis songs, including ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’.

On Air CEO Jakub Krampl, said: “If there are two things that go hand in hand, its Noel Gallagher and Manchester, so when we had the opportunity to partner with the band on this iconic homecoming gig we jumped at the chance.

“For fans who want to relive the performance, or those that were unable to get tickets for whatever reason – we’re confident that the stream will give them front row access with the best quality sound and video.”
