Manchester’s skyline is set to evolve even more over the coming year as several deals have been struck for new developments that will change the face of the city in 2023.

In 2022, thousands of flats and several skyscrapers were given the go-ahead and this year there’s more planned to add to the mix. We look at more additions to the Mayfield regeneration area, a plan for four huge skyscrapers, and Gary Neville’s highly-anticipated £200m development.
