After a rigorous judging process, a line-up of six finalists, along with their friends and family, will be invited to attend the Grand Final at Franco Manca’s Baker Street restaurant in London on Tuesday October, 3. They will cook their masterpiece from scratch for a panel of judges, who will then crown the overall winner.

Last year’s Sourdough September winning entry was a Middle Eastern inspired chicken shawarma pizza, which featured on the specials board nationwide for two weeks in March.

If you fancy getting involved in this incredible, money-can’t-buy opportunity, it’s time to get creative. Entries close on Tuesday September 12 2023 at 11.59pm.
