Manchester Half Marathon 2023: Full results from the Men's, Women's and Wheelchair races

The men's and women's winners at this year's Manchester Half Marathon broke the course record as 16,500 runners took to the streets of the city on Sunday.

Jack Rowe and Lauren McNeil blitzed the 13.1 miles to take the 2023 titles with dry and fresh conditions helping them to fast times.

Rowe broke the Manchester Half course record finishing in 1:02:40, besting Andrew Heyes (1:04:40) and Tommy Power (1:06:09). McNeil obliterated the previous best female time, finishing in 1:10:02. Lauren Howarth (1:11:22) and Gemma Astin (1:11:55) also broke all previous winning times to complete a talented podium.

How to find all the results for the Manchester Half Marathon 2023

All results for the event, with an estimated 16,500 believed to have taken part, will appear on the Manchester Half Marathon website. It's recommended you give around 45 minutes after you cross the finish line for your time to appear. All participants who entered a UK mobile number will also receive their result via text message as soon as they finish.

Are entries open for the 2024 race?

Demand will be high for the 2024 event, and race organisers have released the information you need to get signed up for next year. A 2024 Priority Access form is available through the Manchester Half Marathon website.

Signing up to this form won’t sign you up to the 2024 half marathon straight away, but it will give you access to a priority sign up window. Once you are signed up, race organisers will send you an exclusive link with more details on Monday October 16.
