The venue, located on Water Street near to Deansgate train station, opened its doors in October 2023. Since then, it has welcomed thousands of visitors and played host to a wide range of events.

Factory International, the group behind Aviva Studios, has outlined it is set to contribute £1.1 billion to the economy over the next decade. Last year, the venue was named in TIME’s 100 best places to visit, and this positive trajectory is set to continue in 2025.
