Man Utd forward is celebrated with home town mural on side of pub

England Lionesses Ella Toone has been honoured with a stunning mural that has been painted on the side of a pub in her hometown.
The Manchester United forward, 22, opened the scoring in the Euros final against Germany with a stunning second-half chip over Merle Frohms.

Hide AdEngland went on to win 2-1 to spark wild celebrations around the country.
Now Euros heroine Toone’s likeness has been painted on the side of The Union Arms in Tyldesley, which Toone visited with her medal after the final.
Street artist Scott Willcock, of Snow Graffiti, painted the eye-catching mural of the England ace on a wall of the boozer.
Toone shared a photo of the mural on Twitter with the caption: “That’s home.”
