Thousands of Manchester City football fans flocked to the streets of Manchester last night to celebrate the club's completion of the historic treble. It is estimated over 100,000 supporters lined the city centre streets on Monday June 12 to witness Man City's open-top bus parade.

The Sky Blues were victorious against Inter Milan to win the Champions League final on Saturday (June 9) for the first time in the club's history. After already winning the Premier League title and the FA cup, the side celebrated their most successful season as the first English club to secure all three trophies since Manchester United in 1999.

Man City paraded around the streets of Manchester in several open-top buses while thousands of adoring fans cheered them on with songs and chants in the pouring rain and thunderstorm weather conditions.

Manchester was a blue city as fans let off coloured smoke while decked out in their sky-blue kit, and despite the weather the atmosphere remained one of raucous celebration.
