Luxury Manchester hotel announces free ice cream for kids and mini roast dinners for dogs - what a doggone scoop.

So here’s a scoop.....there’s free daily ice cream for kids at a luxury Manchester hotel - and paws on that thought... because dogs have been thought about too.

The iconic Kimpton Clocktower Hotel has announced a super cool new perk for all the family as part of their Summer of Manchester programme of events.

Starting from Monday 29 May, Kimpton Clocktower’s new Kimpton Kids social hour will invite little ones to enjoy free ice cream from 6-7pm, served at perfect eating temperature straight out of Kimpton Clocktower’s Grandpa Greene’s freezer, while the adults can enjoy a complimentary wine and beer.

Children under the age of 16 will also be offered complimentary breakfast in the hotel’s iconic restaurant, The Refuge, allowing families to maximise on their quality time together while visiting Manchester.

Families with four-legged members don’t have to leave anyone behind – as Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is pet friendly, and dog owners can even enjoy a Sunday roast with their pet as part of The Refuge’s new menu offering where every Sunday, dogs can join their owners with their own dog roast bowl – a mini roast featuring meat, veggies and a dash of gravy.

Running between Monday May 29 until Thursday August 31, the new family offering will also see a Kimpton Kids Tuck Box introduced to family rooms, free of charge. The fun never stops with table tennis, table football and more games in The Post Room for Kimpton Kids (and big kids) to enjoy at any time.
