Manchester’s Legoland Discovery Centre is already home to some fantastic lego structures, such as the replicas of local landmarks like the Coronation Street set and the Old Trafford stadium.

What does the application process involve?

Naturally, a unique job opportunity like this has an equally unique application process. But the first thing hopeful candidates will need to do is register their interest via the Legoland Discovery Centre website by Saturday 16 September.

Candidates will be asked to submit a photo of their best Lego creation to date, then they will be invited to take part in a competition at Trafford Palazzo on Saturday 23 September to showcase their skills. The last step is a face-to-face interview.

The judging panel for this exciting role includes 13-year-old Luke Harrison, who was crowned the UK’s Mini Master Model Builder earlier this year, as well as Operations Manager Matthew O’Connell, Marketing Manager Nathalie Eady, and the site’s General Manager Jenn McDonough.
