The new Holiday Inn Manchester Airport is opposite Terminal Two and just a few minutes away from the airport’s other two terminals. The open lobby combines an eatery, bar and lounge in one and there are also three meeting rooms on the ground floor.

For eating and drinking there is Turkish restaurant Firin, which is based on traditional Istanbul eateries and offers traditional Turkish dishes from oven-baked pide to dips, mezze and grills. It also has an open-plan kitchen at its centre for a theatrical dining experience. In addition to this the open lobby serves a full English breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert, with kids eating for free, while travellers in a rush can grab coffee and pastries from the on-site Starbucks corner.
