For many couples, Valentine’s Day is the most romantic time of the year, but for the hospitality industry, it’s a chance to bounce back after the devastating impact as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
This time last year, the nation’s lovers were locked down for Valentine’s Day but with restrictions no longer in place, are people going bigger and better this year having missed out in 2021?
