Ahead of the gig, fans have been given the first glimpse of drinks prices at Co-op Live. To the dismay of many, they certainly follow the theme of stadium and arena prices and are at a level that would probably make you think otherwise if in a pub elsewhere in the city.
A price list shows that cans of beer, including Peroni and Japanese brand Asahi, cost £6.95 for 330ml. A non-alcoholic version of Asahi is on the list for £6.50. There is also a wide range of wines and spirits that you’ll be able to get your hands on at Co-op Live. Tanqueray Gin is £13 for 50ml, with Croc Vodka costing the same amount for the same amount. Mixers are available for £1.50 or £2, and these include tonic and soda water.

Soft drinks can also be of course purchased at the arena, and according to this menu will start at £3.20 for a bottle of water. The 330ml cans of Pepsi, Pepsi Max and 7 UP are on the menu for £3.80.
The new state of the art venue has 32 bars, restaurants and lounges that will welcome guests and fans on event days. Co-op Live also reminds people attending that they can’t bring their own food and drink into the venue.
