A man has been charged following a rape investigation in Bolton.

GMP officers received reports of a serious sexual assault of a 70-year-old woman in Farnworth.

Issa Brayzi-Pour, 21, of Longcauseway, Bolton has now been charged with two counts of rape and one count of assault with the intention of committing a relevant sexual offence of a 13-year-old-girl, after an incident reported on Tuesday 9 August.

He is due before Manchester Magistrates Court today (27 August).

GMP said the alleged victims have been kept updated and continue to be supported by specialist officers and partner agencies.
