Blossoms lead singer Tom Ogden has announced he will open his own bar- in his home town of Stockport. Ogden will open the bar with his wife Katie who also owns a salon.
The couple will transform an abandoned building in Lower Hillgate. There will be a secret entrance to the bar on Coopers Brow.

Ogden told The Manc about the plans and how they had been inspired to open a bar after visiting many great establishments around the world. He said: “We’ve been lucky enough to visit some incredible bars around the world, and we’ve always dreamed of opening our own. When we found this charming little establishment in our hometown of Stockport, we realised that we had found a pearl.”
Tom added: “It has been a long process of repairing the hall, but we are getting closer to it, and in 2023 we will open the doors and look forward to welcoming everyone who drinks or drinks.”
Blossoms are enjoying plenty of much deserved recognition and praise following another great year. The band released their third studio album earlier this year and have recently completed a UK tour which included a gig in Manchester.
