A FREE women-only bike workshop is coming to Great Northern Warehouse.

Following the great success of the Bee Pedal Ready all-women bike ride in aid of International Women’s Day earlier this year, the Bee Pedal Ready workshop will be held at The Village Hall at Great Northern Warehouse and aims to offer a safe space for female cyclists.

Created by avid cyclist and qualified bike mechanic, Belinda Everett, Bee Pedal Ready aims to diversify the cycling sector, whilst providing a safe space for women to ride, repair and learn about their bikes – all in a judgement-free, supportive environment. As well as benefiting physical and mental health, cycling is a great way to meet likeminded women from all walks of life.

Recently appointed as Bicycle Mayor of Greater Manchester, Belinda’s expertise in the cycling sector creates the framework for every Bee Pedal Ready activity – from the group bike rides, to the bike workshops.
